With its abundance of pastoral lands and access to larger metropolitan areas, the Mohawk Valley is becoming a haven for a variety of locally grown foods. From generations of farmers, forward thinking entrepreneurs, to retired hobby gardeners, the variety of local ingredients is unending. The seasonal foods featured in Chef Michael Lapis dishes are grown in the immediate area surrounding the restaurant. Natural and organic meats, produce and more are featured on a limited, weekly changing menu. We believe food should be enjoyed in its most basic form. Maintaining the personality of the ingredient while enhancing its most natural flavors is a priority for Chef Michael. All menu items are the culmination of his appreciation and dedication to the field. From breads to pastas, stocks, sauces and soups, Michaels passion is apparent from start to finish. |
